Rad5 Media partnered with Genex Services, the largest case management firm in the United States, to produce a powerful corporate documentary highlighting resilience, innovation, and life-changing recovery.
The film, The Rise of a Real-Life Robocop, tells the story of Jeremy Romero, a New Mexico police officer who sustained a spinal cord injury while on duty. The video documents Officer Romero’s remarkable recovery and eventual return to work, made possible through Genex’s case management intervention and the use of an advanced exoskeleton device that enabled him to walk again.
The documentary was produced as an online corporate video case study designed to showcase Genex’s impact while telling a compelling human story of perseverance and progress.
The project received national recognition from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), the 600+ member organization that judges and oversees the prestigious Communicator Awards.

With over 4,000 entries submitted annually from across the United States and around the world, the Communicator Awards is one of the largest and most competitive programs honoring creative excellence in communications.
