Mandy’s Farm is only as strong as the dedicated team members who provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Like many disability service providers across the nation, they continue to face caregiver shortages—challenges made even more difficult by the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the same time, demand for disability services is greater than ever before.
